Dresser Up Vintage wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please read through our return policies for information relevant to your order.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Below lists information on our returns, exchanges, and refunds policies. Please read this information prior to reaching out to us. If you still have questions or are ready to start your return process, send us an email at dresserupvintage@gmail.com

Incorrect Item

If you received the incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or send you the correct item after you have returned the incorrect item to us. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Email us at dresserupvintage@gmail.com a picture of your item, order details, name and contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Broken or Damaged

If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at dresserupvintage@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged item and we will help you make immediate arrangements for a return. Please include your order number within the email.  We will issue a full refund or send you a replacement after you have returned the broken, damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

(item must be shown broken or damaged in packaging)

Sale Item

All sale items are final sale and excluded from our return policy.  Please do not send sale items back to Dresser Up Vintage as no action will be taken. They will be considered abandoned.

Unwanted Item

In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit for unwanted items, returned merchandise must arrive in original condition with original packaging (unopened.)  Opened / used merchandise will not be returned.

More Info

Exchanges, store credits, and refunds are granted for returns received within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

Returns will not be granted for large items such as furniture.

 

Returns will not be granted unless authorized by Dresser Up Vintage

Return Packing

If you would like to return a product you have purchased from us please send us an email to dresserupvintage@gmail.com with the order details and your name and contact information and we will get back to you right away to arrange the return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package and send pre-paid to:

Please include with your return/exchange, your name, phone number, order number and original packing slip. We need all this information to process your request.

 

Dresser Up is not responsible for return shipping cost and we will only pay the cost of return shipping if the return is the result of our error. All returns must be pre-paid.

 

You will receive an email detailing the status of your exchange or store credit once your item is returned to us and processed.
